Troubleshoot -

Cannot get some apps?

Apps/apps can be easily searched and installed from Aptoide TV, Play Store, or browser. You can download the apk to the U disk and then connect it to the USB interface of the box and install it. Or tell us the APP you need and we will test it for you.

Cannot connect to wifi?

In response to the network connection problems reported by some customers, we have enhanced the signal strength of the WIFI module in the new firmware to ensure that the box can connect to the wireless network smoothly. Please note that you cannot connect the TV box to a wireless network and a network cable simultaneously. If you are using wifi, you must remove the network cable and vice versa.

1000Mbps Ethernet -

To achieve a speed of 1000Mbps, it needs to be equipped with a gigabit network cable, a gigabit router, and a gigabit bandwidth simultaneously.

4K video output -

Please make sure the video resource and TV screen support 4K resolution at the same time, otherwise the TV box will not be able to display the 8K option when setting the resolution manually. 8K refers to video decoding.
