Troubleshooting: No Channels Found?

If the scan completes but no channels are found:

  1. Check Signal Quality (should be above 50%).

  2. Verify dish alignment.

  3. Ensure the LNB is working properly.

  4. Confirm the correct satellite is selected.

  5. Restart the set-top box and scan again.

Poor dish alignment or incorrect LNB settings can prevent channels from being detected even when signal strength appears available.
